Our Bali retreats offer a transformative experience focused on improving your overall well-being, through a deep dive into various healing modalities.. primarily nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, breathwork, inner child healing, chakra balancing and developing greater boundaries, self love and self acceptance. We include a blend of yoga, meditation, wellness workshops, cultural activities, and excursions to immerse you in the beauty and spirituality of Bali as well as plenty of downtime so that you can properly integrate what you are learning.
The retreat package includes transportation to and from the airport, accommodation at a 4 star resort, all meals, yoga and meditation sessions, workshops, cultural activities, excursions, access to amenities at the retreat venue, and one complimentary spa treatment. Additional services may be available as add-ons.
Each retreat experience is unique, but some examples of excursions we like to include are trips to a traditional balinese healer, water purification ritual at a sacred temple, tours to the famous Tegallalang rice fields, waterfalls, swimming with wild dolphins, surf lessons, local restaurants and beach clubs.
No prior experience is necessary. Our retreat is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through the practices at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation and the reason for cancellation. If you cancel more than 3 months before the retreat or due to a documented family or medical emergency, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund at our discretion. Otherwise all bookings are final.
Yes Bali is very safe. However, it is advisable to take common precautions such as being aware of your surroundings, securing your belongings, and following local laws and customs.
The visa requirements for Bali vary depending on your nationality and the length of your stay. Many countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most European countries, are eligible for a Visa on Arrival (30 day stay) for a charge of about $35USD. Additionally when entering Bali there is a new tourist tax of $10 USD. For any specific visa related questions please contact our staff and we can assist you.
We recommend packing comfortable yoga clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, feminine hygiene products, a reusable water bottle, and any personal items you may need. A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking.
Yes, many of our participants attend the retreat alone and actually they are perfectly designed for the solo traveler. Our retreats are designed to be inclusive and welcoming, providing a supportive environment to connect with like-minded individuals.
Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies. Please inform us of your dietary needs when booking so we can make arrangements accordingly.
While travel insurance is not required, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions. While we are prepared to help in the event of any accidents or health emergencies, we can not be financially responsible for any costs they may incur.
Yes, you can extend your stay in Bali before or after the retreat. We can assist you in making arrangements for accommodations and activities outside of the retreat dates.
We ask that you not leave the group during the retreat. We will do our best to accommodate all activity requests, but it will be difficult to coordinate any separate travel arrangements outside of the group itinerary.
