Escape to a secluded villa in the community of Ubud, Bali, a sanctuary for women seeking relief from chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, or the feeling of being stuck in fight or flight. Our daily yoga, meditation, workshops, and breathwork sessions are specifically designed to help regulate your nervous system and restore balance.
You will experience the transformative power of a traditional Balinese healing and purification ritual, known as Melukat, as well as energy work sessions to release subconscious blocks and stored trauma.
Our all-inclusive retreat offers a stay at a luxury villa with an infinity pool overlooking the mountains, 1 complimentary spa treatment, and 3 healthy meals a day. Each room features a private balcony or patio with stunning views of the surrounding canopy. We will also be doing excursions to waterfalls, local beaches, and the famous Bali rice terraces.
